A member with a paid subscription or a purchase within the current billing month. Free followers, trialists and lapsed members don't count toward your plan limit.
Not us — Vinishko is software only. Payments run through your own account with Stripe or another supported provider, and they bill their processing fees directly to you. The Vinishko platform fee covers the software layer: billing logic, storefronts, analytics, payout orchestration and support.
Yes. Scale and Enterprise plans include migration tooling for member records, active subscriptions (without interrupting billing cycles) and content archives. Our team has run migrations from all major platforms.
